These terms apply whenever you book a visit, quote or installation with Kirlow. By booking, you agree to the terms below.
These terms are between Kirlow, trading from 27 Kirkstall Road, Leeds, LS4 2AG, and the client who books a service. They cover installation, cleaning, servicing, repair and removal of air conditioning systems at the client's property. They do not cover the sale of any standalone goods.
A booking is confirmed once a date and scope of work are agreed, by phone, email or through the website form. Quotes given before a site visit are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted once we see the unit or space directly. Any change to the agreed scope is discussed with the client before extra work proceeds.
The client provides reasonable access to the unit, indoor and outdoor, for the length of the visit. Work is carried out by trained technicians following standard industry practice for the type of system involved. If access is blocked or the site is unsafe to work in, the visit may be rescheduled and a call-out charge may apply.
Prices are agreed before work begins and confirmed on the invoice issued at completion. Payment is due in cash on the day or by bank transfer against the invoice, within the terms stated on it. No other payment method is accepted.
Either party may cancel or reschedule a booked visit with at least 24 hours notice at no cost. Cancellations with less notice may incur a call-out charge to cover the reserved time.
Kirlow holds public liability insurance covering work carried out on client premises. We are not liable for pre-existing faults in wiring, structure or prior installations that are outside the agreed scope. Complaints about the standard of work should be raised within 14 days of the visit so we can inspect and resolve them.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
