Kirlow started after one too many jobs were fixed from scratch because a previous installer had taken shortcuts nobody checked. The founder had spent years working for larger firms where the person quoting the job was never the person doing it, and the gap between the two caused most of the problems.
The company was built around one rule: the engineer who sees your property is the engineer who does the work. Refrigerant is sourced through approved UK distributors, every job is logged, and the system is tested before anyone leaves.
Pricing is set out before work starts, with no call-centre markup added on top. Jobs are booked directly with the engineer's diary, paid by cash or bank transfer once the work is done, and covered by a 30-day workmanship guarantee.

How We Keep The Standard
Every job is tested and photographed before the engineer leaves the property. If a visit does not meet that standard, it is not marked as finished.
