Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel or move a booked visit free of charge if you give us enough notice. This keeps the schedule fair for all clients.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling costs nothing. We offer the next open slot within one business day.

When you get a refund
A full refund applies when we cancel, when we can't complete the agreed work, or when the result doesn't match the quote and we can't fix it in reasonable time.
- A deposit is refunded in full if you cancel more than 24 hours before the visit
- No refund is due if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, unless we can refill the slot
- If work already carried out does not match what was agreed, we return to fix it or refund that portion
- Materials already ordered for your job, such as a specific unit, are non-refundable once ordered
